How to Apply GDE Admission Online?

What is GDE Admission? No! The real question is; Does your child need to be admitted to either Grade 1 or 8? If yes, you’re the right person in the right spot! GDE Admission is the Gauteng Department of Education online platform which was introduced in 2020 for Grade 1 and 8 learners to go through it to apply for the school of their desire or preference. Of course, parents/guardians need to know how to apply for their children through this platform.

Requirements for the Application. · Parent’s and child ID Number · Residential Address and or work address.

So, How to Apply GDE Admission Online?

Firstly, Go to www.gdeadmissions.gov.za

Step one; Enter Details of Parent

Parents/Guardians must fill out their information in the form appearing to Create their Profile Account. After Creating a Profile, you will be automatically logged in or if not, login with your Created Username and Password to proceed with your application process.

Step two; Enter Leaner Details

Here you will provide the learner's details, etc.

Step three; Apply to a School

The final step; you will indicate or that is where you will be applying the school preferred for your child.
